The electronics have been engineered to maximize battery life and product brightness. Visiglo leashes and collars utilize a garment suitable nylon with an extremely high thread count, resulting in durable collars that are more comfortable for dogs to wear and heavy duty 4 foot leashes that are easier for owners to hold. All Visiglo collars share a common low profile power pack and the collar lengths have been sized to standard market sizes. Small collars adjust from 10”-14”, Medium collars adjust from 13”-20”, and large collars adjust from 16”-26” Visiglo collars are powered by high capacity CR 2025 batteries and Visiglo leashes are powered by two AAA batteries. Visiglo Frequently Asked Questions Are the products waterproof? Visiglo collars and leashes are not “waterproof”. Submerging or soaking the battery compartment will cause a malfunction and can harm the electronics. I’ve soaked the battery compartment, what can I do? If you do soak the battery compartment, remove the batteries and allow the unit to dry completely for 72 hours. Reinstall fresh batteries and see if the unit will function. Are the batteries replaceable? How do I replace them? Visiglo collars are powered by two replaceable high capacity CR 2025 batteries.Visiglo leashes are powered by two AAA batteries. How do I turn the collar on/off? It only lights up for a few seconds. The small button on the side of the collar power pack is the try me button. The try me button only lights the collar for a few seconds. The on/off button is located in the center of the buckle and is marked with a paw print. Press the paw to turn on, press gain to turn off. The collar/leash does not light up? Why does the glow appear less bright? Please check the batteries. Changing the batteries typically solves 98% of all illumination related issues.
